The Inner Peace Retreat is a rejuvenating half-day women's retreat, designed to help you release and cultivate inner peace through the powerful practices of yoga, breathwork, and meditation.

Located just outside of Orangeville, this half day retreat is designed to soothe the nervous system while tapping into feelings of inner peace and self empowerment.
